Service Availability
Courier services are provided based on availability, service location, delivery requirements, and scheduling. Same-day, scheduled, STAT/urgent, recurring route, and other specialized delivery services may be available depending on client needs.
Pickup and Delivery
Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information, appropriate contact information, and any special handling instructions at the time service is requested.
Metro Bio Transport will make reasonable efforts to complete pickups and deliveries within the agreed-upon service timeframe.
Time-Sensitive Deliveries
Estimated pickup and delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, facility access, security procedures, incorrect information, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Medical and Healthcare Items
Medical specimens, supplies, documents, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and other healthcare-related materials must be appropriately prepared, packaged, labeled, and authorized for transportation as applicable.
Metro Bio Transport reserves the right to decline any shipment that is improperly packaged, unsafe, prohibited, or outside the scope of services we are authorized or equipped to transport.
Chain of Custody and Delivery Confirmation
When applicable, Metro Bio Transport may maintain pickup, delivery, signature, timestamp, or other chain-of-custody documentation associated with a delivery.

Service availability and pricing may vary based on pickup location, destination, mileage, urgency, delivery requirements, and frequency of service.
Delivery Issues
If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, facility closure, access restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, additional delivery or waiting-time charges may apply.
